Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls - it’s that time of the year again as the “Great Irish Beer Festival 2008” rolls into town.

Now in its second year of infancy, the great Irish beer festival 2007 proved such a great hit with the Galwegian beer loving contingency that the 2 day event returns to the Black box theatre in Galway this upcoming October.

Join in the festivities this October bank holiday weekend, Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th and sample over 100 different beers, ciders and ales from Ireland and indeed across the world – now, that’s a lot of beer!
Rub shoulders with brewers and connoisseurs alike, with appearances’ over the weekend from such favourites as the Bridgestone “Best in Ireland” 2008 winners Galway Hooker brewery to internationally famous Belgian brew houses Chimay and Hoegaarden.
