Hurricane Cocktail

A fruity mix of lime, pineapple, orange and blackcurrant mixed with white and dark rum.

Ingredients:

• 3 parts dark rum – Captin Morgan
• 1 part white rum – Bacardi
• 25ml lime juice
• 25ml pineapple juice
• 25ml orange juice
• Fresh blackcurrants

Method: Mix all ingredients, shake with ice and serve in a tall glass over ice. Garnish with slices of pineapple and orange and a cherry.
