Pina Colada Cocktail
The classic Caribbean cocktail. White rum, coconut cream and pineapple juice, gorgeous!
Ingredients:
- 1 part white rum - Bacardi
- ¾ part cream of coconut 1
- part fresh pineapple juice
- Maraschino Cherry
Method: Blend with ice. Strain into a Poco glass/goblet. Garnish with pineapple slice and a cherry.
