Martini – James Bond Style

A suave mix of gin, vodka and Lillet Blanc (or standard Vermouth) , served over ice cold with a twist of lemon. The original 007 cocktail.

Ingredients:

• 3 parts gin
• 1 part vodka
• ½ part Lillet Blanc wine – or Dry white vermouth for us mere mortals

Method: Vigorously mix the gin, vodka and Lillet blanc in a cocktail shaker half-filled with crushed ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass and serve with a twist of lemon.
