White Russian Cocktail

A creamy version of the Black Russian. Vodka, Tia Maria and light cream or milk, shaken and served in a cocktail glass.

Ingredients:

  • 1 part vodka
  • 1 part coffee liqueur – Tia Maria is good here
  • ½ part light cream
  • ½ part fresh milk

Method: Shake all over ice, strain and serve in a cocktail glass.
