Singapore Sling Cocktail
A delicate blend of gin and cherry brandy makes this classic a beauty of the Orient.
Ingredients:
- 3 parts gin
- 15ml grenadine
- Splash of sour mix
- Splash of soda water
- 1 part Cherry brandy Orange
- & Cherry to garnish
Method: Shake gin, grenadine and sour mix over ice. Pour in to large glass. Add splash of soda. Float Cherry brandy on top, do not stir. Garnish with an orange slice and cherry.
