Pink Lady Cocktail

Pretty in pink with a blend of gin, grenadine, light cream, a splash of lemon juice, egg white and sugar.

Ingredients:

• 45ml gin
• 5ml grenadine
• 5ml tsp light cream
• 5ml tsp lemon juice
• 1 egg white
• caster sugar
• 1 cherry to garnish

Method: Dip the rim of a cocktail glass into grenadine and then, using a cocktail rimmer, dip into caster sugar to create a bright pink, frosted rim. Shake all the ingredients with ice and strain into the prepared glass, garnish with a cherry.
