Kir Royale

A delightful combination of sweet blackcurrant liqueur and champagne. A world famous aperitif named after the former mayor of Dijon.

Ingredients:

  • 20ml Creme de Cassis
  • Top with Champagne
  • Twist of lemon garnish

Method: Pour Creme de Cassis in bottom of wine glass or champagne flute. Fill with champagne, and garnish with the twist.
