Irish Coffee

A warming hot coffee with Irish whiskey and cream. The original Irish coffee.

Ingredients:

• 1 genourous shot of Irish whiskey
• Teaspoon of sugar
• Hot fresh coffee
• Fresh cream – lightly whipped Sprinkle of coca powder.

Method: Rinse your Irish whiskey glass with boiling water, so it is good and hot to start with. Add your whiskey, sugar & coffee. Stir, using the back of a spoon, slowly pour the lightly whipped cream so it sits on top of the mixture. If the cream sinks, drink sown what you have made and start again! Best way to learn a lesson.
